Your Job Description

You will be part of our National Service Desk supporting clients across Australia, providing technical assistance via various channels. Your primary focus will be on phone and remote support initially, with opportunities to expand into other areas as you gain experience.

Our clients rely on us for support with a wide range of technologies, including computers, devices, operating systems, applications, and security products. You will work closely with our team to resolve issues and implement solutions.

Key Requirements
  • Strong technical skills in areas like Microsoft Windows 10/11, computer and mobile device management, Microsoft 365, and endpoint security.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on customer satisfaction and teamwork.
  • Demonstrated ability to learn and adapt quickly, with a willingness to invest in ongoing training and development.
