About the RoleThis role involves achieving financial objectives through effective account management, strategic business development, and customer relationship building. Key outcomes include maintaining robust relationships, ensuring customer retention, expanding market share, and delivering exceptional value to customers.
As an experienced Account Manager, you will oversee and nurture relationships with key customers, including wholesale clients.
You will demonstrate a customer-centric approach to account management, recognizing its importance to the business. To perform successfully in this role, you will need to:
- Demonstrate strong negotiation skills to ensure balanced outcomes for the business and customer
- Display great problem-solving skills with a proactive and analytical approach
- Identify and secure new business opportunities
- Embrace and promote new technology
- Recognize, develop, and secure growth within the existing customer base
- Effectively manage relationships with key stakeholders internally and externally
- Develop exceptional communication, presentation, and time management skills
- Utilize Microsoft programs efficiently, including Office, Excel, Word & PowerPoint
