Client Executive

This role will support advertising solutions for our clients, including bookings, media plans, competitive reports, and more.
You'll assist in developing bespoke proposals for agencies and clients, undertake market research, monitor digital and integrated campaigns, and help with administrative tasks, all while building strong internal and external relationships.

You will also support the Client Partner in planning and executing sales initiatives for major accounts.
Key Responsibilities Work closely with the Client Partner to develop sales strategies tailored to their portfolio.
Serve as a contact for clients, addressing inquiries and concerns to ensure satisfaction.
Monitor sales performance, targets, and address deviations proactively.
Maintain accurate records in the CRM system, including contact info, opportunities, and communication history.
Contribute to a high-performance environment with clear strategy and objectives.
Assist in identifying and developing solutions for client needs.
Support the delivery of high-quality outputs, including presentations and client schedules using Google Slides and Sheets.
Maintain positive relationships and collaborate internally.
Who are you?Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and manage priorities.
Understanding of sales principles and customer service.
Adaptability to changing environments and solutions.
Previous media experience is desirable.
Familiarity with Salesforce, Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides is a plus.
