Customer Engagement Specialist

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Customer Engagement Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will play a critical part in establishing and maintaining relationships with our customers, uncovering opportunities to deploy our solutions through inbound business development and lead generation.

The ideal candidate will have prior sales experience, preferably with exposure to Solution Selling, Customer-Centric Selling, Sandler, or SPIN methodologies. They will possess a strong work ethic, be a self-starter, and consistently over-achieve monthly lead quotas.

  • Research and catalog contact, account, and opportunity information to gain a deeper understanding of customer needs and preferences.
  • Work with both inbound leads and generate outbound leads to consistently meet or exceed monthly lead quotas.
  • Expand relationships with prospects and clients to help them understand the full advantage of our WordPress solutions.
  • Collaborate with a dynamic and creative selling team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Utilize effective sales techniques to uncover customer needs that can be addressed through our solutions.
  • Achieve or exceed monthly quotas of qualified opportunities.

Requirements:
  • Prior sales experience with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong knowledge of sales methodologies, including Solution Selling, Customer-Centric Selling, Sandler, and SPIN.

  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing situations.
