Job Description

As a Customer Engagement Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through proactive engagement and timely issue resolution. Your role will involve working closely with customers to understand their needs, providing personalized support, and acting as the first point of contact for customer inquiries.

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage customers in a warm and empathetic manner.
  • Experience in a call centre environment, preferably in general insurance or financial services.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues.
  • Collaborative team player, with the ability to work effectively in a dynamic team environment.
