Job Summary
">This role is focused on ensuring the upkeep and maintenance of school grounds and facilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks, receiving and acting upon maintenance requests, and coordinating regular maintenance repairs and checks.
">Key Responsibilities:

- Minor maintenance and repairs to school buildings, fixtures and fittings and grounds.">
- Receive and act upon maintenance requests.">
- Coordinate regular and as-needed maintenance repairs and checks.">
- Regular inspections of grounds, plant & equipment.">
- Provide advice and recommendations on projects relating to maintenance, renovations and improvements of the buildings.">
- Maintain and carry out the school's maintenance schedule.">
- Adhere to Occupational Health and Safety requirements.">
- Communicate maintenance issues and concerns with a member of the school leadership team.">
- Assist with the setting up of school events.">
- Maintenance of school grounds including, but not limited to garden beds, lawns, paths, trees, soft-fall and sand.">
- Other duties through consultation with the Principal.">
Requirements:

- Current Full Victorian Drivers Licence.">
- Must have a valid Working with Children Check or be able to obtain one.">
- Be proactive, well organised and able to work to a standard without direct supervision.">
