Job Description

We are seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Crew Resource Planner to join our operational planning team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of flight crew and cabin crew roster production, ensuring compliance, fairness, and crew satisfaction.

The successful candidate will have experience in airline operations, crew planning, or resource management, with a strong understanding of industrial agreements and aviation regulations relating to crew management.

A key aspect of this role is the ability to work closely with multiple internal stakeholders to ensure our operational plans run smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
