We're seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a senior-level expert in Passenger Services Systems and Commercial systems.
The ideal candidate will have expertise in troubleshooting complex issues, consulting on system enhancements, and mentoring colleagues to develop their understanding of these systems.

Key Responsibilities- Provide expert-level support for Passenger Services Systems and Commercial systems
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure system design meets desired outcomes
- Mentor and coach colleagues to develop their skills and knowledge
- Experience in Passenger Services Systems and webservices
- Ability to analyze business issues and translate them into technical solutions
- Strong communication and facilitation skills
- 7+ years' experience supporting systems in a large ticketed airline or equivalent industry
