Senior Client Onboarding Lead

**Job Description:**

The successful candidate will lead the onboarding process for clients across all supported product lines. This includes managing internal teams, developing risk mitigation strategies, and overseeing project escalations.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the completion of client onboarding projects within designated timeframes
  • Lead internal teams to execute client onboarding processes and ensure timely delivery of all tasks and deliverables
  • Develop and implement onboarding project risk mitigation plans, and manage all escalations related to these projects
  • Provide pre-sales assistance to clients in relation to their onboarding needs
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date project information in internal systems

**Requirements:**

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • At least 15 years of experience in consulting or project management, with expertise in SAP or Oracle enterprise applications or Oracle Database, including strong client management or sales experience
  • 5+ years of experience in ERP application implementation and/or upgrade project management
  • Exceptional communication skills at a C-Level
