Financial Opportunities Specialist

Your primary responsibility will be to develop and nurture a pipeline of qualified mortgage and referral leads, providing expert advice to new and existing clients to help them achieve their homeownership goals. You'll leverage your network and connections to build relationships with key stakeholders, including real estate agents, builders, and community groups.

  • You'll work closely with our team to ensure a seamless member experience, providing top-notch service and support to our clients. Your autonomy and confidence in managing your own schedule and pipeline will be essential in driving business growth and meeting individual and team targets.
  • Your proven track record in mortgage sales, relationship-building, and exceeding sales targets will be invaluable in this role. With 5+ years of strategic sales and networking experience in financial services or related fields, you'll bring a deep understanding of BC's real estate market and current residential mortgage products to the table.

What You Bring
  • A proven track record in mortgage sales, relationship-building, and exceeding sales targets
  • 5+ years of strategic sales and networking experience in financial services or related fields
  • Deep knowledge of BC's real estate market and current residential mortgage products
  • Confidence and autonomy in managing your own schedule and pipeline
  • Strong skills in underwriting, financial analysis, and CRM systems
  • Familiarity with digital lead generation tools and community engagement platforms
