Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Manager to lead our Advising Programs and Services team. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and evaluating programs and services that support the growth and development of students.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive program management plans that align with organizational goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver effective programs and services.
- Manage projects and programs in schools and partner sites, ensuring timely and quality delivery.
- Monitor progress and adjust operations as needed to meet program goals.
- Ensure accurate tracking of services in our data management system.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive data.
Leadership and Development of Staff
- Develop and facilitate training content for internal and external stakeholders.
- Supervise, train, coach, and support staff individually and as a team.
- Conduct ongoing performance management processes.
- Encourage participation in professional development opportunities.
Additional Responsibilities
- Collaborate with management team members to ensure seamless delivery of programs and projects.
- Attend College Now managers meetings.
- Represent the organization at community events as needed.
