Job Description:

- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive growth and improvement in our schools.
- Lead a team of educators and support staff, providing guidance and coaching to ensure that they have the skills and resources needed to succeed.
- Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to promote a culture of excellence and innovation in our organization.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a school director or in a related leadership role.
- Proven track record of success in driving growth and improvement in educational settings.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to drive strategic planning and improvement initiatives.
- Knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices, with a commitment to providing high-quality educational programs and services.
