**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee group programs to maximize engagement and ensure delivery to the highest standards for participant safety and wellbeing.
- Monitor staff performance, adhering to best practice principles.
- Lead and support a culture of continuous improvement.
- Support educators in developing teamwork, open communication, and problem-solving approaches.
- Implement and monitor practice standards according to regulatory requirements.
- Prepare regular reports for leadership review.

**Requirements**:

- Exceptional leadership attributes and high interpersonal skills.
- Minimum Certificate IV in Disability or Diploma/Degree in a relevant field (management qualifications welcome).
- Current Driver's License and valid working clearance.
