Housekeeping Operations Manager

Lead and oversee daily departmental operations to ensure adherence to service standards with a focus on friendly and engaging interactions. Safeguard and manage cleaning materials and equipment to maintain high cleanliness standards. Coordinate with Front Office and Maintenance to ensure guest rooms are ready, addressing guest concerns promptly to create memorable experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular inspections of front and back-of-house areas to ensure high cleanliness standards.
- Manage cleaning materials and equipment to ensure cost-effective linen use.
- Coordinate with Front Office and Maintenance to meet guest room readiness and address guest concerns promptly.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role, ideally within the Luxury segment.
- Ability to work a flexible roster depending on departmental needs.
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and mentor large teams of diverse individuals.
- Prior experience working with Opera or a similar Property Management System and/or HotSOS.
- Excellent time-management, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
