Housekeeping Operations Manager

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Assistant Housekeeping Manager to join our team at LUXXE Outsourced Hotel Services. As a key member of our hotel services team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the housekeeping department, ensuring that our high standards of cleanliness and service are consistently met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of the housekeeping team to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
- Conduct regular room inspections to ensure that rooms are cleaned and maintained to the highest standards.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve productivity and efficiency within the department.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and excellent guest experience.
- Manage and maintain accurate records of room counts, payroll, and billing.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a housekeeping management role, preferably in a 4 or 5-star hotel environment.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and train a team.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and service.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
