Housekeeping Team Lead

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Housekeeping Supervisor to lead our team in Adelaide. The successful candidate will have a friendly and enthusiastic attitude, with the ability to interact positively with guests and the hotel team.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the housekeeping team from the front, driving performance and productivity
- Manage staff to drive quality and productivity, including training, development, rostering, work allocation, and performance improvement
- Maintain standard operating procedures within the department and adhere to client requirements
- Ensure compliance with the Hospitality Industry General Award and maintain accurate records
- Assume responsibility and accountability for workplace safety and the health and safety of employees
Requirements
- Proven leadership skills and experience in a 4 or 5-star housekeeping department
- Strong time management skills and ability to maintain accurate records
- Excellent staff management and communication skills
- Ability to work a rotating roster when required
- Possess full Australian working rights
