Housekeeping Operations Manager

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Assistant Housekeeping Manager to join our team at LUXXE Outsourced Hotel Services. As a key member of our Housekeeping Department, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the team, ensuring that our high standards of cleanliness and service are consistently met.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of the Housekeeping team to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
- Conduct regular room inspections to ensure that rooms are cleaned to the highest standards and that all equipment and amenities are in good working order.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance and productivity, including training and development programs.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as Front Office and Maintenance, to ensure seamless service delivery and to resolve any issues that may arise.
- Maintain accurate records and reports, including room counts, payroll, and billing.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a Housekeeping management role, preferably in a 4 or 5-star hotel environment.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays.
