We are a home-grown Australian boutique services company operating in multiple locations, providing highly-trained staff across various roles, including Housekeeping, Rooms, and Public Areas.
About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled, motivated, and hands-on Assistant Housekeeping Manager to help head up the team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising the Housekeeping team, covering the Housekeeping Manager's days off, and performing daily room inspections to ensure duties have been completed to meet service standards and guaranteed arrival times.
Key Responsibilities
The ideal candidate will possess excellent grooming and presentation, be able to maintain the standard operating procedures within the department, and have experience in leading workplace safety. They will also be able to demonstrate leadership skills, lead the team from the front, drive performance, and productivity.
Requirements
The successful candidate will need to have full Australian working rights, be passionate and consistent, with excellent attention to detail, and have proven effective and positive inter-departmental relationships with previous hotel teams.

About You
You will have a friendly and enthusiastic attitude, with the ability to have positive involvement and interaction with both guests and the overall Hotel team. You will also need to be able to work a rotating roster and have weekend availability.
