About the Role

We're seeking a skilled Rural Property Expert to lead transactions in Victoria's premium rural properties and agribusiness assets. As a key member of our team, you'll develop and implement sales campaigns for commercial mixed agricultural operations, beef cattle, dairy, sheep assets, permanent crops, grains, pulses, and intensive farming land.

Main Responsibilities

  • Pursue new appointments to act for organisations, focusing on fostering existing and new relationships with businesses that will result in ongoing opportunities for the Colliers Agribusiness team.
  • Maintain strong visible relationships with regional contacts by maintaining a high level of market presence in our marketplace, utilising media mentions and consistent vendor-paid advertising with exclusive appointments.
  • Analyse property sales and clients' probability & potential of Agribusiness going to market timelines.
  • Foster internal relationships between Colliers' product lines via referrals, ensuring information transfer and opportunities between divisions with referral income tracked and encouraged.
  • Prepare marketing submissions, client progress reports on campaigns, and sales agency agreements at high standards with a focus on details.

Requirements

You must be a licensed real estate agent in the state of Victoria for this role. Ideally, you'll have a track record in rural property sales or advisory; however, related sales experience in dealing with rural clients from a banking or agribusiness operational background will also be considered.

Salary Estimate

The estimated salary range for this position is $120,000-$180,000 per annum, depending on your experience and qualifications.
