What We're Looking For

  • A seasoned customer-facing professional with 3+ years of experience in a SaaS company, preferably with expertise in payroll or HRIS/HCM software.
  • Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal teams.
  • A passion for staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, with a hunger to continuously learn and improve.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Act as a trusted advisor to our Australia-based customers, providing expert guidance on payroll, HR, and IT workflows.
  2. Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on the Technical Account Management team, supporting US-based customers expanding into Australia.
  3. Foster strong partnerships across departments to ensure seamless customer experiences and drive adoption of key features and product releases.
  4. Prioritize and resolve critical customer issues promptly, demonstrating a strong sense of urgency and advocacy.
  5. Collaborate directly with customers to understand and optimize their workflows, leveraging our full suite of products to provide comprehensive advice.
