About the Role

We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Global Finance Integration Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the integration of finance processes across our global operations, ensuring consistency and efficiency in our financial reporting and management practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement cross-functional finance integration plans for new acquisitions, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and processes.
  • Analyse and align new business processes with WiseTech Global's policies and procedures, managing the transition process with local management teams.
  • Formulate and present integration and process change initiatives to key stakeholders, including executive leadership and external partners.

Requirements:

  • Professional Accountant (Chartered Accountant, CPA or similar) with extensive experience in finance integration and accounting system implementation.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive change and improve financial processes, with a strong understanding of IFRS and financial reporting requirements.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously and working with cross-functional teams.
About the Opportunity

The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of approximately $120,000 per annum, based on experience and qualifications.
