Key Responsibilities

  • Manage event planning and execution, including venue setup, catering, and logistics
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders
  • Collaborate with the sales team to secure new business and upsell existing clients
  • Ensure seamless event execution, including timely setup, delivery, and breakdown
  • Monitor and control event budgets, ensuring profitability and efficiency
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to client inquiries and resolving issues promptly
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and new technologies to continuously improve event execution and customer experience

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in event management, preferably in a luxury venue or high-end hospitality setting
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team
  • Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction
  • Ability to work under pressure, managing multiple events and priorities simultaneously
  • Strong attention to detail, with a focus on quality and precision
  • Proficiency in event management software and technology, including CRM systems and online event platforms
