**Job Opportunity: Administration & Finance Professional**

We are seeking a highly organized and reliable Administrator to join our team in Australia.

The role involves managing office operations, providing excellent customer service to clients and customers, handling incoming and outgoing correspondence, and assisting with account reconciliation and financial reporting.

The ideal candidate will have experience in administration, customer service, office management, and finance. Previous experience in banking or finance is preferred.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Manage and organize office operations
  • Provide excellent customer service to clients and customers
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including calls, emails, and face-to-face interactions
  • Assist with account reconciliation and financial reporting, including accounts payable/receivable
  • Maintain and update records and databases

Key qualifications include:

  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in business administration, banking, or finance
  • Strong customer service skills and a professional demeanor
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; experience with D365 is a plus
