Job Opportunity

Drive transformation and growth as a Training Manager, specializing in technology.

  • Design, develop, and deliver comprehensive training programs for technology and CRM initiatives.
  • Conduct thorough needs analysis to create tailored learning plans.
  • Create engaging content: e-learning modules, guides, workshops, and simulations.
  • Facilitate in-person and virtual training sessions across diverse user groups.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align training with project goals.
  • Support user adoption through coaching, job shadowing, and post-implementation refreshers.
  • Maintain and update knowledge management content for new systems and processes.
  • Monitor and improve training effectiveness based on feedback.
Requirements
  • Proven background in Learning and Development or training delivery within tech or digital environments.
  • Expertise in instructional design and blended learning solutions.
  • Experience supporting CRM or system implementations, preferably with Salesforce.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to engage stakeholders effectively.
  • Adaptable and collaborative team player with a proactive approach.
  • Able to simplify complex technical concepts into clear, practical content.
  • Holds or is working towards Cert IV in Training & Assessment (TAE40122).
  • Passionate about driving change and improving user adoption through effective learning strategies.
