Technology Implementation Training Specialist

Are you a passionate and experienced training professional with a talent for content development and delivery? We are seeking a skilled expert to support the implementation of a large-scale technology project.
As a Training Officer, you will play a key role in creating and delivering training programs for a technology system implementation. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and subject matter experts to assess training needs, develop effective learning materials, and ensure smooth knowledge transfer.
The ideal candidate will have experience in designing and delivering engaging training programs, as well as a strong understanding of adult learning principles. You will be responsible for creating interactive and informative content, including presentations, workshops, and online courses.
You will also work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into relevant training content. Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills will enable you to build strong relationships with colleagues and clients.
