
Training & Support Specialist

Synchro Partners is partnering with a leading organisation who are currently undergoing a transformation and are looking for a Training & Support Specialist to join the team
This role revolves around designing and delivering training, providing user support, and driving adoption during the implementation of a new time and attendance solution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop training materials such as manuals, guides, and e-learning modules tailored to various user roles.
- Facilitate engaging training sessions, workshops, and drop-in clinics (both virtual and in-person).
- Provide hands-on support and troubleshooting for end-users during and after implementation.
- Develop FAQs, knowledge base articles, and practical troubleshooting guides to build staff confidence.
- Document future state processes and contribute to clear, standardised workflows across faculties.
- Maintain accurate training resources, guides, and playbooks to support onboarding and adoption.
- Act as a trusted point of contact for staff, ensuring local needs are met and system confidence grows.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders, managers, and leaders to reinforce consistent use of the solution.
- Collect feedback on training effectiveness and recommend improvements for ongoing adoption.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience delivering training and end-user support in a large, complex organisation.
- Experience supporting implementation of workforce management,
- HR, or enterprise systems
- Strong knowledge of adult learning principles, training methodologies, and digital learning tools.
- Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Adaptable, resilient, and comfortable working with diverse staff groups and leadership.
