Our organization seeks a highly skilled Training Specialist to join our Melbourne-based Service Delivery Team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, delivering, and evaluating training programs that enable our operators to fully utilize our ticketing technology.

 

  • Develop comprehensive training materials to upskill Transport Operators and internal teams on the operation of transport ticketing devices and related processes.
  • Deliver training with the Training Team, as per the client-agreed annual training calendar.
  • Conduct engaging and informative training sessions for groups of Transport Operators, both in-person and via virtual platforms.
  • Monitor the effectiveness of training programs through assessment tools and feedback, making necessary adjustments to continually improve training outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate training attendance records, ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Stay updated on the latest developments in transport ticketing technology and processes to continuously enhance training content and delivery methods.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • Proven experience in developing training documentation.
  • Demonstrated experience in delivering engaging training sessions in-person and virtually, adapting to different learning styles.
  • Knowledge of relevant regulations and compliance standards related to training and assessment.
  • Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and the ability to leverage technology for training content delivery is desirable.
  • Understanding of the transport ticketing industry, its processes, and customer service principles, or experience working with the government is desirable.
  • Cert IV in Workplace Training & Assessment (desirable) or equivalent experience.
