We are seeking a Senior UX Designer to play a pivotal role in transforming our learning experience and launching a brand-new Learning Management System with member experience at its heart.

Responsibilities
  • Create customer-centric product solutions by leveraging research and insights during discovery and design.
  • Develop detailed wireframes and interactive prototypes to test design concepts and user flows with users.
  • Plan and conduct usability testing sessions to uncover usability issues and validate design decisions.
  • Provide strong design leadership across key strategic projects and foster a high standard of design capability.
  • Collaborate with the Experience, Design and Innovation team and key stakeholders to ensure effective working relationships, engagement, and delivery.
  • Clearly communicate design processes, ideas, and solutions to cross-functional teams.
About You (Qualifications and Experience)
  • Demonstrated experience in a senior UX design role with expertise across both web and mobile.
  • A strong portfolio of UX/Design work with expert facilitation skills.
  • Skilled in UX research, design, and execution methodologies including user testing, interviews, surveys, focus groups, data analysis.
  • Proven ability to deliver iterative product solutions, translating strategy into execution with attention to detail.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical aptitude, and ability to manage competing issues under tight deadlines.
  • Knowledge of Agile frameworks and experience with various Agile tools and systems.
  • Decision-making ability using a DVF approach.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and time management skills.
