This role represents a unique chance to utilise all your skills to lead the implementation and continual optimisation of business systems to support strategic and organisational objectives.
About The Role- Reporting to the Head of Technology and working closely with other business units and technology partners, this full-time role will utilise your technical and business expertise (including adoption of AI) to define and design solutions, deliver projects and maintain solutions.
- You will provide advice, support and training to staff for their use of business applications and platforms including Microsoft Dynamics (CRM), SharePoint, Marketo, Slack, Trello, ELMO, MYOB.
- Contribute to providing modern, work-from-anywhere applications and productivity tools across the business by providing in-depth application and systems experience.
- Ensure people, process and technology put information and cyber-security at the forefront for all.
- Advise and consult with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate these to a roadmap of proposed capability improvements (considering best practices/trends).
- Define, document and implement solutions and processes ensuring business systems are integrated with whole of business systems, including digital platforms, to enable seamless supporter experiences and efficient internal processes.
