This is a high-impact leadership role designed to drive sustainable improvement in processes, systems, and people capability. The Senior Continuous Improvement Lead will partner closely with site leaders, frontline teams, and national stakeholders to identify opportunities, coach on best practices, and deliver tangible outcomes across safety, quality, service, and cost.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in leading continuous improvement or Lean transformation programs within manufacturing, FMCG, or similar environments. A strong understanding of Lean principles, CI frameworks, and stakeholder engagement is essential. Additionally, the ability to facilitate workshops, analyze performance data, and track progress is crucial for this role.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, delivery, and embedding of CI strategies across sites
- Facilitate Lean workshops, Kaizen events, and problem-solving sessions
- Analyze performance data to identify trends and prioritize improvement opportunities
- Collaborate cross-functionally with site operations, maintenance, engineering, and support teams
Requirements:
- Proven experience in leading CI or Lean transformation programs
- Formal Lean Six Sigma certification (Green or Black Belt desirable)
- Strong facilitation, coaching, influencing skills across all levels of the business
- Ability to engage with, support, and grow people in a can-do mindset
- Ability to translate data into actionable insights and drive accountability
