Product Owner for Digital Channels

We're looking for a skilled professional to own and manage the product roadmap for our key brand's digital channels, including web, iOS, and Android platforms. This role involves enhancing Self-Service Terminal experiences and bridging digital and in-venue customer journeys.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in Product Management, managing digital products across web, apps, or SSTs, with end-to-end lifecycle ownership. They should also possess strong understanding of UX principles, customer experience, and user-centred design.

In this role, you'll be responsible for using customer insights and data analytics to inform product decisions and prioritisation. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that meet customer needs and business goals.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Own and manage the product roadmap for digital channels
  • Enhance Self-Service Terminal experiences
  • Bridge digital and in-venue customer journeys
  • Use customer insights and data analytics to inform product decisions
Requirements
  • Experience:
  • At least 5 years of experience in Product Management
  • Strong understanding of UX principles, customer experience, and user-centred design
  • Hands-on experience with agile delivery teams and omni-channel retail solutions
