
R&D Support Officer

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate monthly financial reports and support budget process
- Support R&D staff with travel, calendars and expenses
- Generate management and technical reports and presentations
- Maintain an effective office environment and support technical staff in ensuring lab operations by assisting with maintenance schedules, regular quality inspections, ordering consumables and coordinating sample shipments
- Coordinate meetings and events for the R&D Team and Ballarat Site including customer presentations, supplier meetings, internal leadership/stakeholder meetings, community engagement events and Site functions.
About You:
- Previous experience in office administration and/or technical administration
- Strong computer skills and data literacy
- A passion for improving office efficiency
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
- Excellent communication skills
- Flexibility and adaptability
