Job Title: Project Manager II

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced project manager to join our team. This is a senior-level role that requires strong leadership and management skills, as well as excellent technical knowledge.

The successful candidate will have at least 5-10 years of experience in construction project management, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement project plans, budgets, and schedules
  • Coordinate and manage project teams, including engineers, architects, contractors, and other stakeholders
  • Monitor and control project costs, timelines, and quality
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues
  • Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
  • 5-10 years of experience in construction project management
  • Strong technical knowledge of construction processes, methods, and materials
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
