Project Executive Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced project executive to lead complex construction projects. This individual will be responsible for guiding the overall direction, completion, and financial outcome of multiple projects simultaneously.

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. They will also possess leadership and management skills, with experience in leading teams of various sizes and complexities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assume overall accountability for jobsite safety and meeting contract requirements
  • Verify the accuracy of project financial forecasts and billings
  • Ensure the creation of project-specific quality plans and closeout plans
  • Provide leadership and motivation to project teams, while maintaining a positive work environment
  • Direct and supervise the work of project administration, superintendents, and engineers
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or Construction Management
  • 15+ years of experience leading projects 50-100M+ in size
  • Strong technical and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Leadership and management skills
  • Knowledge of industry standard software Microsoft Office (preferred)
