Senior Project Lead

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex construction projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to motivate and engage team members.
- Develops project safety plans and provides jobsite leadership.
- Manages project financial forecasts, notice provisions, and billings to meet contract requirements.
- Creates and manages project-specific quality plans and closeout plans.
- Provides leadership in motivating the project team and maintaining a positive work environment.
The successful candidate will possess:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or Construction Management.
- 8-12 years of experience in project management.
- Strong technical and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
