Senior Construction Project ManagerAbout the Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced senior construction project manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing large-scale construction projects, leading cross-functional teams, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Planning and Execution: Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, ensuring timely completion, budget adherence, and high-quality deliverables.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of project managers, engineers, and superintendents, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring minimal disruptions and maximum value delivery.

Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 8 years of experience in construction project management, with a proven track record of delivering large-scale projects.
  • Skills: Proven leadership and project management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
