**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead our marketing and events strategy.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing an annual plan, including all planning and execution functions. They will identify and form strategic partnerships that enhance our brand and profile, increasing revenue through event sales.

To achieve this, they will create campaigns across all marketing channels, promoting us as a premier venue. They will also schedule, plan, and budget for major events, setting KPIs and expectations for the hospitality and catering team.

The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in events and marketing, including creative, SEO, SEM, content, digital, and social media skills. They will have demonstrated experience successfully running events, driving engagement to increase sales and revenue, and preparing and delivering reports to stakeholders.

We are looking for someone with high emotional intelligence, a growth mindset, and highly developed interpersonal skills. They should be able to form collaborative relationships and partnerships with diverse stakeholders, working methodically and autonomously with limited guidance and resources.
