">We are seeking a skilled Event Marketing Lead to develop and execute a comprehensive event strategy that drives qualified leads for our sales team.
">This is a high-impact role that requires strategic thinking, scrappy execution, and the ability to build brand awareness through in-person experiences.
">The Event Marketing Lead will be responsible for managing end-to-end event strategy and execution for national and local events, including trade shows, industry conferences, and community events.
">Key responsibilities include driving lead generation and sales pipeline by attracting qualified prospects, setting up the sales team for success with demos and post-event follow-up, and partnering with cross-functional teams to develop pre-, during-, and post-event campaigns.
">Required Skills and Qualifications
">A minimum of 5+ years of experience in event marketing, field marketing, or demand generation, preferably in B2B SaaS or retail/grocery tech.
A proven track record of generating high-quality leads through event strategy and execution.
Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to juggle logistics and make it feel magical.
Comfortable working cross-functionally and collaborating closely with sales, design, and leadership.
Excellent communication skills, both in-person and written.
Willingness to travel regularly to support national and local events.
