Family Dispute Resolution Professional

We are seeking an experienced Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner to join our team in a permanent part-time capacity. The successful candidate will provide family dispute resolution services to post-separation families experiencing conflict and lacking agreements about children or property.

This role involves working with families to facilitate communication, negotiation and agreement-making processes. You will work collaboratively with other professionals to achieve positive outcomes for families.

Requirements
  • Accreditation by the Australian Attorney-General's Department as a Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner, or eligibility for accreditation.
  • Tertiary qualifications in law, psychology or social work.
  • Excellent communication, organisational and writing skills.
