We are seeking a Conflict Resolution Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Conflicts Team, you will play a crucial role in resolving complex legal and commercial conflicts.
Job DescriptionThis is a challenging and varied role that requires excellent research, technical, and analytical skills. You will work closely with our New Business and Enterprise Risk Department to ensure compliance with global sanctions and Anti-Money Laundering obligations.
- Advising on the resolution of complex legal and commercial conflicts problems
- Liaising with Partners and staff in relation to conflicts issues and queries
- Reviewing, drafting, and advising on conflict provisions in firm engagement letters, firm policies, and other client agreements
The ideal candidate will have:
- Admitted to practice as a Solicitor (in any area of law) in Australia or another jurisdiction in which HSF Kramer operates
- 3+ years' post-admission experience with excellent research, technical, and analytical skills
- A proactive approach with the ability to adapt to competing demands in a fast-paced environment
- A desire to work outside of traditional private practice in an alternative legal career
- Excellent communication skills and ability to demonstrate collegiality within a team
