Global Conflict Resolution Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Global Conflict Resolution Specialist to join our team. This role involves analysing and evaluating conflict search requests, conducting extensive corporate affiliation research, and applying relevant professional rules of conduct and firm policies.
Main Responsibilities- Analysing and evaluating conflict search requests;
- Conducting extensive corporate affiliation and client quality research;
- Applying relevant professional rules of conduct, firm policies, regulations, and risk guidelines;
- Identifying and resolving potential conflict issues and providing concise reports for stakeholders;
- Reviewing and drafting advice on client engagement agreements, conflict waivers, external publications and outside counsel guidelines; and
- Vetting all new business intake requests to ensure compliance with our Firm's direction.
- Qualified lawyers with a current practising certificate and a minimum of 2 years PQE experience;
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and build strong business relationships;
- Strong research skills and knowledge of corporate affiliations;
- High level computer skills with the ability to learn new systems quickly; and
- A desire to work in a legal compliance role.
