About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Return to Work and Payroll Coordinator to join our team at Pillow Talk. As a key member of our payroll team, you will play a vital role in supporting the return to work process and ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and interpret medical information and reports to support return to work decisions
  • Develop and implement return to work plans to ensure a safe and successful transition for employees
  • Provide administrative support to the payroll team, including processing payroll and managing employee data
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure a positive safety culture and support the wellbeing of employees
  • Stay up-to-date with industry awards, legislation, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance
