We are seeking a skilled and organized Warehouse Logistics Coordinator to support our client in the Logistics industry. The ideal candidate will have experience in efficiently managing the flow of goods within the warehouse, handling dispatch operations, and ensuring timely delivery of products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive and inspect incoming shipments, verifying contents against purchase orders and invoices.
  • Organize received items in designated storage areas, ensuring proper inventory management.
  • Assist with generating shipping labels, packing slips, and other necessary documentation for outbound shipments.
  • Coordinate with drivers and couriers to ensure timely pickup and delivery of goods.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in warehouse logistics, dispatch, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with receiving goods, preparing delivery paperwork, and coordinating shipments.
  • Proficiency in SAP or similar inventory management software highly preferred.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for coordinating with internal teams, suppliers, and carriers.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in paperwork and inventory management.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as collaboratively within a team environment.

This is a weekend role, with hours from 6am-2pm on Saturdays and Sundays. If successful, training will be provided on Thursdays to Mondays until competent and comfortable, and then the role will be just Saturdays and Sundays on-going. Please note that penalty rates apply for Saturday and Sunday work.
