Job Description

We're seeking a highly skilled Care Team Coordinator to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to make a difference in people's lives by coordinating the recruitment and onboarding process for new staff, ensuring employment compliance, and providing support to our Franchise Manager with employee relations.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Oversight of the recruitment, selection, and orientation of new staff members;
  • Maintenance of employee compliance with necessary checks, licenses, and qualifications;
  • Support for staff training and development;
  • Collaboration with the Franchise Manager on employee-related matters;

This role requires strong planning, organisational, and communication skills. The ideal candidate will have experience or high-level awareness of compliance within the disability, aged care, or community health sectors, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. A positive attitude, problem-solving skills, and ability to multitask are also essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment Management: Oversee the entire recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding;
  • Employee Compliance: Ensure all employees meet required checks, licenses, and qualifications;
  • Training and Development: Provide support for ongoing training and development opportunities;
  • Employee Relations: Collaborate with the Franchise Manager on employee-related issues;

Requirements:

  • Planning and Organisation: Strong planning and organisational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities;
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with staff and stakeholders;
  • Compliance: Experience or high-level awareness of compliance within the disability, aged care, or community health sectors;
  • Microsoft Office: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook;
