We are seeking a visionary Group Change and Transformation Manager to join our team at Kelsian Group Limited. This is a pivotal role in shaping the future of our organisation.

As a change expert, you will lead high-impact initiatives that redefine how we work and drive seamless adoption of new processes, technologies, and ways of working. You'll design and execute change strategies that inspire teams, engage stakeholders, and drive measurable impact.

The successful candidate will have strong stakeholder engagement and exceptional communication skills. Experience in change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR, Kotter) is also essential for success in this role.

  • Develop and execute strategic change management plans to support business transformation.
  • Lead change impact assessments, risk mitigation, and stakeholder engagement strategies.
  • Partner with the Internal Communications Manager to deliver targeted, compelling messaging.
  • Establish and embed change management frameworks, tools, and methodologies across the organisation.
  • Coach leaders and key stakeholders to champion transformation and drive cultural shifts.
  • Build a Change Champion Network to sustain transformation across all levels of the business.
  • Design and implement training initiatives to enhance change capability within teams.
  • Measure change adoption and refine strategies to optimise effectiveness.
