Requirements
  • A sound understanding across all elements of human resources and their interdependencies.
  • Demonstrated success in overseeing and managing strategic and improvement programs, including across human resources information systems and data maturity-building.
  • Extensive knowledge across project management, change management, and process improvement tools, methodologies, and life-cycles, preferably in a fast-paced and high-growth environment.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement planning, partnering, and relationship management.
  • Strategic-level verbal and written communication skills and plans to inspire, educate, proactively engage, and foster collaboration across our programs of work.
  • Demonstrated research, analytical, problem-solving, and writing skills, along with high attention to detail.
  • Ability to facilitate planning sessions, workshops, and committees and execute actions and deliverables.
  • Strong human resources change management and project leadership capability, including digital transformation to support growth and diversification strategies.
  • Demonstrated understanding of/experience with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint, and human resources information systems, ideally Workday.
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, project management, business administration, or a related field preferred.
  • Accreditations across project, change, and/or process improvement methodologies and tools.
