Construction Earthmoving Trainer and Assessor

This role involves delivering high-quality training and assessment services to students in the civil construction and earthmoving industry.


As a Construction Earthmoving Trainer and Assessor, you will be responsible for developing and implementing training programs that meet the needs of our clients and ensuring that all courses are delivered in accordance with relevant regulations and standards.


You will also be required to travel to deliver training off-site and maintain equipment, training venues and training aids to ensure they are serviceable, clean, tidy, and safe for operation.


Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver engaging and relevant training and assessment services
  • Ensure content and delivery of accredited courses meets ASQA/ RTO Standards and other applicable regulations
  • Supervise students' behaviours and provide engaging and motivating training
  • Maintain equipment, training venues and training aids
  • Travel may be required to deliver training off-site

Requirements
  • Demonstrated Earthmoving experience within the construction/ civil, resources & infrastructure or training sectors
  • Be eligible to obtain a Working with Children Check Card and a Police Check
  • Australian Residency is required
  • A valid Australian Driver's License is necessary
