Job Title:

Trainer and Assessor - Building Construction Specialist

 

We are seeking a skilled Trainer and Assessor to deliver high-quality education and training in the building construction industry. In this role, you will be responsible for creating engaging course content, assessing student performance, and providing constructive feedback to support student success.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in building construction, along with relevant training and assessment qualifications. You should be passionate about education, capable of delivering effective learning experiences, and committed to maintaining industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver course modules to students in an engaging and structured manner.
  • Assess student submissions, provide detailed feedback, and ensure compliance with training and assessment standards.
  • Support and mentor students to help them achieve their learning goals.
  • Maintain accurate student records and adhere to industry regulations.

Requirements:

  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40122 or TAE40116).
  • Relevant qualifications in building construction (e.g., CPC50120/Diploma in Building and Construction).
  • Industry experience in the building and construction sector.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in online and/or face-to-face training delivery is desirable.
