Job Overview
We are seeking highly motivated and innovative individuals to join our team as part of the National Graduate Program - Service Delivery Stream. In this role, you will be part of the Customer Service Delivery Group, responsible for operating smart and service centres that deliver Medicare, Child Support, and Centrelink services. You will also be involved in coordinating emergency responses and developing and delivering Indigenous and multicultural servicing strategies.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you must possess a strong academic background, having successfully completed an undergraduate or postgraduate degree within the last 5 years. Additionally, you must be an Australian citizen and have your degree recognized by the Department of Education if obtained overseas. Our ideal candidate will also have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Benefits
We offer a competitive salary, ranging between $71,170 - $79,322 depending on your qualification level, as well as progression to the APS5 classification upon successful completion of the program.
