Career Opportunity in Client Service Delivery

As a key member of the Protective Services Operations Team, you will be responsible for the coordination of all aspects of service delivery at client sites.
Your primary functions will include;
- ROSTERING - use your organisational skills to roster security personnel across various client sites
- Communicate rosters to security personnel
- Data entry of rosters and other information into a purpose-built rostering system
- Back-fill cancelled shifts
- Communicate rosters to internal and external stakeholders such as management and clients
- Compliance - checking that rostered personnel meet compliance requirements
- Provide great customer service via telephone or virtually, showing off your great communication skills and outgoing personality
We are looking for someone with clear and concise communication skills, good attention to detail and level of accuracy, and a team player with a can-do attitude who genuinely loves working with people.
Additionally, this role requires an Australian Permanent Residency holder.
